This is my attempt at a more traditional approach to 3D design. For this art piece, I focused more on the meaning of the art. The lack of color on the surface is a metaphor for how much you can see of me with just a glance; it's not much. But there’s more to me than what I choose to represent myself as. To truly understand me, you have to seek beyond the surface which is represented by the gold flowing out of the missing fingers. The absence of fingers; making the hand incomplete represents my imperfection. The endless galaxy flowing out of the eye in the hand represents the limitless creativity that comes out of my hands. This piece is a hand because my hands are my artistic tools. I cannot bring any of my ideas to reality without my hands.
